Where will the conference be held?
At Selangor International Trade Centre (SITC), Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. The venue was previously known as Shah Alam Convention Centre (SACC).
What are the conference dates?
Wednesday, 2 December to Friday, 4 December 2026.
What time should I be at the venue?
On Opening Day, 2 December, please arrive before 8.30 a.m. Registration begins at 8.00 a.m. Check the conference schedule for each day’s programme.
Where can I park my vehicle and what are the charges?
Parking is available in the SITC basement and at adjacent SACC Mall, with covered and open-air options. The event-day guide lists these rates:
- First hour: RM2.50
- Each subsequent hour: RM1.50
- Maximum charge: RM10.00
Parking rates are subject to the operator’s current charges.
Is SITC accessible by public transport?
The event-day guide identifies the LRT 3 Shah Alam Line’s Dato’ Menteri Station as the nearest stop. Please check the line’s operating status and your journey before travelling.
Where do I register upon arrival?
Visit the designated registration counter on the ground floor of SITC. Please have your registration confirmation or official invitation ready.
What is the dress code?
Business attire or smart business attire.
Will meals and refreshments be provided?
Meals and refreshments are provided according to the conference programme and your registration or invitation category.
The Opening Luncheon on Day 1 is by separate invitation only because seating is limited.
Will I receive a certificate of participation?
The Organising Secretariat will communicate certificate arrangements to eligible participants.
